This is cashew nuts. It has numerous health benefits such as improving the functioning of our hearts because as nuts, they are generally cholesterol-free. Again, the magnesium in the cashews help to strengthen our bones and teeth. The vit. E in cashews can prevent age-relayed memory decline. The cashew nut oil can also help ease acne and boost our skin health.
CAUTION: do not allow its liquid to touch your clothes. The liquid whether from the fruit itself or the nuts is very acidic. It causes permanent stains if the liquid touches any fabric. So beware of that.
Preparation: just throw the nuts into fire and roast until the nuts turns black then bring it out and crack. Thereafter take the nuts and eat to your satisfaction. image
