This is one of my favorite curries . I found this recipe in a magazine called "Salus" August 2016 edition.
The ingredients for this recipe are available all year round but tomatoes and mint herbs are especially declicious and cheap in the summer season.
I have no idea if this is authentic Moroccan curry but I love it!
I replaced meatball with chicken.
Instead of mint herbs, I used "oba" herbs that can be found easily in Japan.
Some of the spices. Follow clock wise starting from cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamon pods and coriander seeds.
The curry recipe was written in Japanese. It was called Kofta curry using minced mutton shaped into meatball.
