Homemade Pizza

Greetings people.

Today i had a little cheat meal, after working out legs in my gym.

To me the best time to cheat on your meals is right after your hard workout.It is highly unlikely that your body will store those calories for fat.

And it is intresting that right after the workout my apetit is the highest.

The cheat meal is a homemade pizza and this is how it looks:
