Mini pizza with chicken

Ingredients:

• 4 tortilla;
• 400 grams of boiled chicken breast;
• 150 g of spinach;
• 100 g of cottage cheese;
• 60 g of grated hard cheese;
• 3 tablespoons of ketchup;
• 100 g of mozzarella;
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Preparation

Cut chicken and mozzarella into small pieces, mix them with cottage cheese, hard cheese, ketchup, spinach.

Lubricate the cake molds with vegetable oil. Cut out small crochets from the tortilla with a diameter slightly larger than the cupcake molds. Obtain the mugs so that they form the bottom and sides of future pizzas. Fill them with stuffing. Bake mini pizzas for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
