HOME MADE ICE CREAM

Hi Steemitians!! Today is a very hot day in Philippines and I want to buy an ice cream but I don't want to go outside and buy at the store, so I search over the internet if I can make a homemade ice cream.

Google and YouTube gave me a lot of examples from chocolate,strawberry,mango,cookies and cream to coffee crumble flavored ice cream that I can try and the one that I have all the ingredients available handy is the cookies and cream ice cream.

So I have tried to make one. I find it an easy recipe since the only ingredients are oreo cookies, condensed milk,all purpose cream and a little bit of vanila.

The procedure in doing this homemade ice cream is pretty easy to. First is you just mix the all purpose cream with the condensed milk with your mixer and add a little bit of vanilla for added flavor.

Continue mixing until the mixture doubled. Then add the crushed oreo cookies.

Fold the mixture until the oreo cookies are mixed evenly to the condensed and all purpose cream mixture.

Then, put it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours

After 6 hours of waiting,,,,,, There you go! A homemade cookies and cream ice cream!

Someone is so excited for this ice cream. LOL :D

I am surprised that it really looks like the ice cream that you can buy at the store and the good news is it taste so good. Not bad for a first timer! You can also try this and hope you will like it! Ciao! :))
