Ingredients.

  • 300 grams freshwater shrimp.
  • Lime leaves (very thinly sliced).
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped).
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Instructions.

  • Marinade shrimp with fish sauce, salt, sugar and black pepper for about 15 minutes. So the shrimp can soak up.
  • Heat the pan at medium low temperature. Add the shrimp and fry well until the shrimp flesh is totally pink. Then add vegetable oil and shallot, continue to cook for about few minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar to taste.
  • Final step is add lime leaves and fry well for about minute.
  • Serve hot with cooked rice.

And done, hope you enjoy!

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

Finaly step is add lime leaves and fry well for about minute.
It should be finally instead of finaly.
