Ingredients.
- 80mls of soda water.
- 30mls of mango syrup.
- 150mls of cool water.
- 1 ripe mango (pelled and diced).
- 3 black tea bags.
- Lime (thinly sliced).
- Ice cubes.
- Mint.
Instructions.
- Bring to a boil water in a pot. Place tea bags into a boiling water for about 1 minutes. Remove the pot and set aside for about 5 minutes and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Pour mango syrup into the glass.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add sliced lime into the glass.
- Pour 80mls of soda water.
- Pour the tea over the ice.
- Add diced mango into the glass.
- Garnish with mint and enjoy.
