Shrimp ball recipe.

Ingredients.

  • 100 grams shrimp (shelled, deveined and minced).
  • 150 grams minced pork.
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
  • 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon salt.
  • 4 tablespoons tempura flour or corn starch.
  • Vegetable oil.

Instructions.

  • Mix well the shrimp with minced pork, garlic, black pepper, salt and sugar for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator. This food can soak up and flavor.
  • Take ground-meat mix out of the refrigerator. Then add tempura flour, mix well and make the balls.
  • Heat vegetable oil in the pan, add the balls and deep-fried on the both side until golden.
  • Serve with chilli sauce or fish sauce (sweet and sour).
  • Garnish with coriander.

I have similar recipe as yours, except i would add chopped green onion instead of garlic, and sesame oil, together it would be a great meat paste for deep fried wanton

It's Thai style, you should try. This dish is much more fragrant with garlic.

Definitely will try it!!!
