Hi mọi người. Trong các loại cá mình đặc biệt thích cá rô phi , cá basa và cá chim vì nó ít xương lại còn béo ngậy. Mình cũng rất thích ăn canh cá ^^ nên hôm nay bày cho mọi người những hình ảnh về canh cá rô phi nè.
Nguyên liệu :
- 1 con cá rô phi
- 5 k dưa muối
- 2 cái đậu
- 3 quả cà chua
- Gia vị
Cách làm
- Sau khi rửa cá rô phi thì bôi một ít muối lên vỏ cá( khi rán cá sẽ không bị bắn và dính vào chảo ) . Rán cá qua qua thôi để cá không bị bở. Không nên thả cá trực tiếp vào nồi nấu mà chưa rán qua. Nếu làm như vậy cá bị vỡ và không ngậy.
- Rưa sạch dưa muối xào cùng cà chua ,thả cá vào , rồi thêm 1 thìa súp đày dải đều lên trên con cá. Cho mì chính hạt tiêu.

- Đổ nước sôi đến lưng nồi. Rồi đạy vung đun nhỏ ^^
