Cách làm cơm rang thập cẩm

Nguyên liệu

  • Thịt lợn( thịt bà càng ngon)
  • Đỗ ( hoặc đậu hà lan )
  • giá
  • ngô ngọt đã được tẽ sẵn trong túi ở siêu thị
  • cà rốt dưa chuột
  • gia vị : dầu mè, mắm muối, mì chính
  • giò hoặc xúc xích
  • Mộc nhĩ
  • Trứng
    Thường thường mình thường làm cơm rang phải có 6-7 nguyên liệu thì cơm mưới được đẹp mắt và ngon.

cách làm

  • Thịt đã xay sẵn xào lên cùng mọc nhĩ đã băm
  • Chiên trứng lên, sau đó cho thêm cơm nguội vào đảo cùng
  • Cà rốt, giò, đậu ( đỗ) , xúc xích thái hạt lựu cùng ngô ngọt xào riêng

    Chúng ta có 3 lần xào riêng các gia vị, không nên cho chung vào đảo , vì cơm sẽ bị nát và các nguyên liệu không chín đều.
    Cuối cùng chúng ta đổ thêm một ít dầu mẻ để tạo màu vàng cho cơm. Mình thích ăn cơm rang hải sản ( với mực và tôm nhất ) tuy nhiên giá của món cơm này đắt quá hhi.
  • Thêm dưa chuột và tương ớt cùng ăn với com.
