Easy and quick recipe in Greek style. You can use frozen spinach, if there is no fresh spinach.
800 g can of canned tomato in its own juice, cut into
1 (400g) can of beans, drain and rinse
300g fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 (500 g) pack of pasta penne
1/2 (200g) pack of feta cheese, crumble
Boil the pasta in a large saucepan of salt water.
Mix the tomatoes and beans in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add spinach; stew for 2 minutes, until the spinach is soft, stir continuously.
Serve the sauce with pasta and sprinkle with Feta.
