Colorful Fruit Platter Challenge( My Favorites Fruits)

Fruits are the great source of multivitamins and minerals. It helps treat some disease.Every one of us had been advice to consume fruits every day.Fresh food is good for human body.It is a source of vitamins from A to Z as well as a dietary fiber that is essential for digestion.It can treat some disease.

Strawberry

  • Helps to fight cancer and skin aging.
  • Source of vitamins C that boost immune system E for healthy skin, Vit B6 which is important to maintain healthy metabolism.
  • It is also a source of Iron for healthy and normal blood, phosphorous for a healthy brain.

Orange

  • It is good to maintain normal vision as well as for the glowing skin.
  • Source of vitamin C. It contains Vit B complex like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin B6 which is essential for nervous system and cardiovascular system ( the brain and the heart)

Kiwi Fruits

  • These fruits bring health benefits to human body.Good for the respiratory, Digestive, and Cardiovascular system.
  • It fights cancer cells and manages blood pressure and it is good for pregnant woman.
  • Source of Vit c, A good for the eyes, Vit K for blood, E, for good and healthy skin.

Dragon Fruits

  • Red skin variety dragon fruits have more health benefits, good for those suffering diabetes, reduce cancer risk and
    reduce cholesterol.
  • Source of carbohydrates, protein and some minerals, Rich in Vitamins A, Vit B1 and B6, rich in calcium for strong
    bones, phosphorous and potassium.

Purple Mangosteen

  • Good for those suffering flu and coughing, good for the heart, fight against coronary disease and manage blood pressure.
  • Rich in Vit C and have an antioxidant to fight cancer.
  • Rich in Vitamin B complex for metabolism function of the liver and digestive system.
  • Rich in magnesium, potassium and Iron.

Red Apple

  • Rich in dietary fiber, essential for food digestion and fight against colon cancer.
  • Rich in Vitamin C, A, and source of Vitamin B complex.
  • Rich in potassium which is needed of human cells to maintain normal heart rate and a healthy heart.

Green Apple

  • Good for digestion because it contains fiber. Helps regulate cholesterol level.
  • Rich in Vitamin C. Contain protein and minerals, needed for growth and development of bones and ligaments.

Blue Berries

  • Keep the heart healthy.
  • Rich in Vitamin C, B complex and rich in fiber.
  • Contains antioxidants that fight cancer.
  • Promote healthy glowing skin and anti-aging.

Pine Apple

  • Contains vitamins and minerals that maintain strong bone and normal vision for the eyes.
  • Rich in Vitamin C, A and Fiber for normal digestion.
  • Source of minerals, Vit B complex.

Green Grapes

  • Prevent and fight cancer, essential for normal and healthy nerve, maintain normal brain function and treat
    constipation.
  • Source of multivitamins and minerals, Vit E, C, A, D, B12, rich in fiber, Iron.
  • Maintain healthy glowing skin and anti-aging.

Fruit is life. Consume fruits every day to stay young and healthy.

Fresh fruit is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Some people think that even if they eat canned fruit, they are good. Not true. Canned fruit usually add preservatives to keep them fresh longer. Also they add extra sugar to the canned fruit. Fresh vegetables (not canned) are also a very good source of vitamins and minerals.

Thats true @johnwjr7 fresh fruits have more health benefits no preservative added.

Delicious fresh produce. One of the best in earth from nature!
