My Daily Post " Foods for Breakfast

Breakfast is considered as the most important meals we should not skip. Our stomach is empty for the long hour at night. Breakfast is essential to remain healthy it provides us an energy throughout the day.

This is my breakfast I prepared today.

  • Fried rice with eggs
  • Fried Tilapia Fish
  • Sauce (tomatoes, onion, soy sauce)

Tilapia is just easy to prepare just clean and rub salt outside of the fish and fry.
Fried rice, prepare frying pan, add cooking oil. Saute the garlic, onion until it turns to brown. Add the rice and mixed until it cooks. Add eggs, salt, seasoning, and stir. Take from frying pan, add onion leaves on the top. Prepare the sauce, slice onion and tomatoes into small cubes, add squeeze lemon, green chili and soy sauce.
