I don't believe milk to be that good a calcium provider since the fat content makes it an acidic food and, while it supplies calcium, the acidity leeches it from the body. Also, we have to address factory farming as it is becoming increasingly destructive to the environment. Agriculture is one of the world's worst polluters. I'm all for the alternatives you have listed here.
