Recently I hear "do me dumplings" :)
I have to admit that the dumplings I made were that which is thrown into the hot water or into the microwave :)
But is the new year and news challenges :)
besides, if it is for whom to cook it is not so ordinary cooking :)
I present to you my personally made dumplings :)
It is surprising that the dumplings is relatively simple, an amizing is that each recipe is different.
My proven recipe is:
- 500 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 280 ml of warm water
I added a teaspoon of oil and salt to the warm water. I poured the whole into flour and started kneading the dough for about 10 minutes. I divided the whole into 2 parts.
I made one part sweet and the other part salty.
Generally the dough came out very elastic what she would give more stuffing :)
I was made sweetly with apple and cinnamon, the second filling is chicken with spinach and feta cheese.
What else, I have one piece of advice that I didn't read and I didn't know :)
generally, despite probably over 20-year break in making dumplings, visually came out quite well :)
and them were scathing :)
Although I put them on a plate sprinkled with flour, they stuck to my plate :/ and saying the first series of the filling came out of the dumplings :) however next parts were treated a lot of flour :) and they were perfect :)
You have to cook it a minimum of 10 minutes :) Of course, the time of cooking depends on the thickness of the dough :) I prefer a thin cake, so 10 minutes completely protrudes :)
What are your experiences in preparing dishes for the first time?
Will you consult with Mother / Grandmother / Father / Grandpa? Does the internet meet your needs?
I think that I want to be "Zosia samosia" mean I want to do myself
I have to do first time :) and after them I consult it for example with my parents and the give me a good advice and say what is wrong :)
