In case you haven't heard it, today is Pi Day. Pi โฯ" Day is celebrated on March 14th (3. 14) all around the world, for this occasion people usually bake and eat pies.
I was browsing through my old pictures, when I found this pic of an old-fashioned apple pie! I just post this here and I wish I could eat a slice right now! But if I do the math and count the carbs, I have to settle for an apple! ๐๐๐๐
This classic lattice-top apple pie has a buttery crust and caramelised apple filling seasoned with a pinch of cinnamon, lemon and vanilla. Sounds delicious, isn't it?
In honour of Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking enjoy a slice of pie!
