Authentic Oxtail Pho (Phở đuôi bò)

Calibre Lounge Restaurant had a collection of pho (beef noodle soup) including pho duoi bo (oxtail), pho suon bo (beef rib) and pho dac biet (special edition) served in hot stone bowls.

And this one is my favourite: Oxtail
