Introducing...... INIHAW NA LIEMPO (Grilled pork belly)!

This is only one of my many favorite Filipino dishes. :) I really love this dish and to tell you honestly, I can't even resist not to eat a lot of this. :) Perfect to dip in toyomansi (soy sauce and lime) with sili (wild chili) and eat it along with plain or brown rice.
As a proud Filipino, I always want to eat this in a traditional way called "kamayan", wherein we eat only with our bare hands, without the use of any utensils. And of course, nothing beats the happiness if you will dine together with the whole family. :)

hi @nandibear! indeed, it's tremendously tasty! :) My dad cooked it for us. :) I just took a photo of it. Thank you for that advise. :) i'll try my best to shoot a video next time. :)
