For lychee jelly.

  • 5 grams of agar powder.
  • 100mls of water.
  • 400mls of lychee juice.
  • 20 grams of sugar.
  • 3 tbsps of whipping cream.
  • Molds.

For tea.

  • 2 pink tea bags.
  • 300mls of hot water.
  • 150mls of lychee juice.
  • 150mls of sugar syrup.
  • 6-9 lychees.
  • Mint.
  • Ice cubes.
