How to make hollow donut.

Have you ever eaten hollow donut in restaurant? I think it's so delicious. Then try it by yourself to instructions below.

Ingredients for hollow donut.

  • 250 grams of wheat flour + a little of wheat flour for cone.
  • 50 grams of sugar.
  • 4 grams of salt.
  • 10 grams of fresh yeast.
  • 180 mls of cabornated water.
  • White seasame seeds.

Step by step guides.

Step 1:

  • Mix well 10 grams of fresh yeast with 1 tbsp of warm water until the yeast is dissolved.
  • Mix well 250 grams of wheat flour with 180mls of cabornated water. Then mix well mixture of yeast with 50 grams of sugar, 4 grams of salt. Knead well for about 10 minutes.

Step 2:

  • Put flour into a bowl, sprinkle a little of wheat flour. Let the dough reast for at least 2 hours.
  • After the dough is ready, continue to knead for about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

  • Sprinkle wheat flour into a cutting board for cone. Knead well.
  • Flatten the dough into round blocks. Cut it into a multiple portions.
  • Rounded up, then roll well into a white seasame seeds.
  • Flatten the dough and make it slightly thinner.
  • Put the flour at room temperature for 1 hour before fry.
  • Deep fry into a saucepan until golden on the both side. Put it into a paper towel to excess oil.
