Ingredients.
- 1 cucumber.
- 2 carrots.
- 2 onions.
- 1 bunch of coriander, 1 bunch of mint, green onion.
- 50 grams of crushed peanut.
- 150 grams of shreded chicken (or beef, shelled shrimp).
For sauce:
- Fresh lime juice (1 lime), 3 tbsps of sesam oil, 3 tbsps of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tbsp of chilli, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 clove of garlic.
