I really like apple pie because I'm interested in all sorts of recipes associated with this wonderful dessert. Your attention is presented to one of the recipes I checked.
To prepare the dough:
- flour - 220gr,
- butter - 250gr,
- sugar - 50gr,
- egg - 1pcs.
For the filling:
- apples -1 kg,
- sugar -100,
- eggs - 3 pcs,
- sour cream - 5 tbsp.,
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.,
- lemon peel,
- vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
Cooking metod:
For the test, combine the dry ingredients (sugar and flour), add oil and mix it with hands until crumbs form.
Add one egg, knead the soft dough.
Peel the apples from the peel and cut the seeds half (if the apples are large, cut into four pieces). Make thin incisions, as shown in the photo, during the baking, apples open like a fan.
In the baking mold lay a dough 4-5 mm thick, make the beads 1-1,5 cm high. Put the apples on the dough.
For the filling, whip three eggs and 100 grams of sugar and 5 tbsp. l. sour cream. Add the grated lemon zest and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. With this mixture, pour the apples into the pie.
Bake the apple pie to the oven, preheated to 220-250'C, for 35 minutes or until crispy.
Sprinkle the cake with vanilla sugar.
