Chocolate truffles

Ingredients:

Sugar - 1.5 stack.
Water - 0.5 stack.
Butter - 100 g
Cocoa powder - Article 5. l.
Milk powder - 400 g
Walnut - 100g

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Sugar fill with water and put on fire.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and melt in hot butter and carob syrup (cocoa).
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Gradually stir in milk.
  7. Add the chopped nuts.
  8. Knead the mass and put 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  9. Form a candy in the form of mushroom caps, roll in cocoa (carob) and serve with coffee or tea.
