My first attempt (and it was me this time) at the famous Spanish dish called tortilla, entirely different from the tortillas of Latin America. It’s a sort of omelette with potato filling, commonly served lukewarm in wedges as a cocktail tapa or snack. I didn’t manage to flip the production between platters skillfully enough to avoid some breakage, but most of it remained intact and it tasted fine.
I will not blush to say it was also the perfect vehicle for ketchup.
