spicy chicken recipe
Material :
500 grams of chicken + cekernya
1 stem of lemongrass take only the white
1 thumbs up ginger
7 thin chopped orange leaves
11 small chili / rough chili pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Enough water
Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking oil for sauteing
Ground spices :
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
4 large chili / red peppers
25 small lombok / chili pepper (appetite)
1 teaspoon of pepper
Ways of making :
√ wash chicken & claw and then steam until it turns slightly brownish, remove the drain.
√ Spice up. Prepare frying pan heat cooking oil, stir-fry / gongso spices finely together lemongrass ginger and lime leaves until fragrant.
√ Enter chicken & claw, stir well for seasoning mixed with chicken. Put water, chili pepper that has been roughly chopped, sweet soy sauce, salt and sugar
√ Mix well, cook until the water is slightly absorbed into the chicken. Taste the taste, if it is fit wait until boiling time to serve serve.
