tonight I will share the recipe of chicken lodho dish very very once following recipe:
Material:
- Chicken village 1 tail, cut according to taste
- Water 1500 ml (me: 600 ml) the result is rather thick,
- Coconut kara 1 pack,
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil,
Ground spices:
- Garlic 3 cloves,
- Onion 5 cloves,
- Turmeric - / + 3 cm,
- Ginger - / + 3 cm,
- Candlenut 4 grains, roasted
- Cumin 1/4 teaspoon, roasted
- Rawit 5 pieces,
- Large red chili 2 pieces,
Seasoning Cemplung plung plung:
- Laos - / + 3 cm,
- Leaves greetings 3 sheets,
- Leaves orange 3 sheets, tear to get out the scent,
- Lemongrass 2 cigarettes,
- Rawit intact 15 pieces,
- Sugar and salt to taste,
How to 🍗🔪: 1. Bake / burn the chicken until it turns brown,
- Stir-fry the spices finely until fragrant, enter laos, bay leaf, lime leaves and lemon grass,
- Enter the chicken stir until blended,
- Pour water and coconut milk,
- Add the sugar, salt and whole syrup wait until boiling and tanak,
- serve and enjoy with your family
