Material:
1kg ribs
250gr of palm sugar
5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Salt to taste
4 leaves bay leaves
4 lmbr orange leaves
1 geprek ginger segment
1 geprek galangal segment
Ground spices:
8 shallots
7 pieces of garlic
2sdm coriander
Spread Material:
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons margarine (thawed)
Sweet soy sauce to taste
How to make:
- Bring water to a boil, then add all the spices except the topical spice
- After boiling, add the ribs and cook until tender and the water has shrunk
- Prepare the grill, I just use pan / teflon
- Apply margarine, and burn ribs while smeared with the topical seasoning until shiny brown
- Burned ribs ready to be enjoyed
