Bahan - bahan :
- 250 gr tepung ketan
- 10 gr terigu
- 300 ml santan sedang
- sejumput garam
Filling : - 100 gr kacang tanah sangrai
- 2 sdm gula pasir
- 2 sdm wijen sangrai - 2 sdm air panas
Cara membuat ; - Aduk santan, garam, tepung ketan dan terigu sampai larut. Kalau perlu saring
- Tuang campuran ke dalam plastik tahan panas. Kukus sampai matang dan terlihat agak transparan
- Adonan mochi yg telah dikukus , uleni panas-panas ( sy memakai sendok )
- Ambil sebagian adonan kulit, beri isi (tangan dibalur dg maizena supaya tidak lengket)
- Mochi yg sudah diberi isi dibentuk bulat , balur mochi dg tepung maizena yg telah disangrai
Filling : kacang tanah yg telah disangrai ditumbuk, campur dg gula pasir , wijen dan sedikit air panas sampai bisa dipulung
Ingredients : - 250 gr glutinous rice flour
- 10 grams of flour
- 300 ml medium coconut milk
- pinch of salt
Filling: - 100 gr roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame - 2 tablespoons of hot water
How to make ; - Stir in coconut milk, salt, sticky rice flour and flour until dissolved. If you need to filter
- Pour mixture into heat-resistant plastic. Steam until cooked and look rather transparent
- Steamed mochi batter, kneading hot (I'm using a spoon)
- Take some of the skin mixture, give the contents (hand wrapped with cornstarch so it is not sticky)
- Mochi that has been given a round shape, balm mochi with roasted cornstarch
Filling: ground roasted peanuts, mixed with sugar, sesame and a little hot water until they can be scavenged
