Kacang Panjang Tumis Udang

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 ikat kacang panjang, iris serong
  • 200 gr udang, buang kepalanya dan cucu bersih
  • 1 buah cabe merah, iria tipis-tipis
  • 5 buah bawang merah, iris tipis-tipis
  • 5 siung bawang putih, iris tipis-tipis
  • 1 buah tomat, iris-iris
  • 1/4 sdt lada bubuk
  • 1 sdt saos tiram
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menumis

Cara Memasak :

  1. Panaskan wajan berisi minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah hingga harum.
  2. Kemudian masukkan udang, masak hingga berubah warna.
  3. Lalu tambahkan lada bubuk dan saos tiram, aduk hingga rata.
  4. Masukkan kacang panjang, dan tomat. Lalu tambahkan garam. Aduk-aduk rata. Koreksi rasa, kemudian masak hingga matang.

Long Beans Sauté Shrimp

Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch of long beans, sliced ​​iris

  • 5 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • Cooking oil sufficiently for sauteing

How to cook :

  1. Heat a frying pan of cooking oil, saute onion, garlic, red chilli until fragrant.
