Teri medan yg sudah dicuci ,goreng, tiriskan.
Terong ijo potong serong rendam sebentar dengan air garam,cuci, tiriskan.
Iris bawang merah, putih , cabe ijo, tomat merah dan ijo .
Geprek lengkuas, sereh. Daun salam .
Tumis semua bahan dengan minyak makan bekas goreng teri , tambahkan sedikit saja garam dan gula pasir . Tidak usah tambahkan air . Terakir masukkan cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera .
