Summary
Super hungry and super less motivated to cook big? I have put together this egg + sausage dish. It will help to fillup the tummy at any point of the day and seduces the taste buds equally. It remains healthy even after such rich savour (& I overeat always :D ) so I thought of sharing here
Details
Cost = $ 4 / meal
Time = 10 Minutes
Ingredients (numbered as per above picture):-
- Table Salt
- Egg
- Tortilla (or roti if you have tempo to make :P)
- Garlic Mayonnaise
- Sliced Sausage
- Copped Green Onion 's green part to make it green (yo)
- Soaked maize / Corns
- Sliced Potatoe or frozen fries
- Chopped Onion
- Peas (more green ..hell yeah !)
- Chopped Tomato
- Cheese (dutch love)
Firstly, put frozen sliced sausage(5) & fries(8) in a hot pan without oil. Oil inside sausage will cook it brown n beautiful
Now mix rest (except Cheese, Tortilla and Mayo ) in a bowl and beat the egg (& play Mickle_Jackson now !!! )
Next put the mix in the pan with some olive oil and cook it. Remember when half done, fold the omelet to half and keep the cheese slice inside it
Finally your amazing plate is ready. Do that Wow Now !!
