Who doesn't like breakfast for dinner? In my house it is kind of a regular thing. See neither my girlfriend or I are morning people so we don't usually eat in the morning. Which leads me only one choice. To have things like bacon, eggs and pancakes for dinner.
Which leads me to my twist. I got an idea from my brother to spice things up a bit and I figured it was worth sharing. You want to start by frying up some bacon, which is the long part. Let it cool and try not to eat it, which is the hard part!
Then go ahead and throw the full pieces right into the pancake barter. Make sure you get it nice and coated.
Then throw it on the griddle and let it cook just like a regular pancake. The key here is add extra badder generously.
Round one didn't turn out so well...
Round two though came out just about perfect! It was different and fun and relatively easy. Alright so what do you think of my dinner tonight?
