Vacation Food

We don't usually go out to eat very often. However since we are on vacation and it was @kellyrenee's birthday we have been eating out a bunch. This was an awesome appetizer we had Friday night at an Irish pub. I forget what it was called but it was beef with peppers, tomatoes and potatoes with a side of rice and pitas.

Now I gotta say this place had fantastic food. They had homemade chowder which was just delicious!

Of course since it was a Friday night in Wisconsin during lent I had to get the fish fry. Supposedly this place has one of the best fish fries in the state. According to the menu Wisconsin state radio said this lol. The place is The Dubs Public House.

After dinner we had to go to my favorite local place to get a dessert drink. This thing is called a Velvet Hammer. It's the different types of booze topped off with ice cream. Definitely a smooth one that will hit you hard.

Saturday we actually came back here for dinner. Every Saturday is prime rib night which is why we waited to do dinner here 🤤

Both of us have been eating good this weekend! Busy another reason I love coming up here!
