Fried Ice cream!

Let me share with you a dessert I tried last night at a local Japanese restaurant in Dublin: fried ice cream. It does not consist of fried toppings like Oreos or Twinkies on an ice cream, but, this is a real big ball of fried ice cream topped with some whipped cream and berries, enjoy:
