Ingredients:
 For the dough:

Butter — 200 g
Salt — 1 pinch
Flour — 3 stack.
Kefir — 1 stack.
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Vanilla or vanilla sugar — to taste
    For the filling:

Cherry without stones — 500 g
Sugar — ½ Cup.

   Preparation:

1. For the dough:sift the flour into a bowl,add salt,baking powder,mix,add the oil,grind it with the flour,then pour in the yogurt and knead a soft dough.If necessary, add more flour.
 
2. Roll the dough into a thin layer 3 mm thick. Cut into strips with a length of 20-30 cm and a width of 7-8 cm. place it in the middle of each strip cherries in a row,sprinkle with sugar and form a salami.

3. Lay stuffed cherry sausage in a spiral shape and bake at 200°C until Golden color,about 30-40 minutes.Pie remove from the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
