Fettuccine in a creamy tomato sauce!

 Olive oil — 2 tbsp
Butter — 2 tbsp
Onion — 1 PC.
Garlic — 4 cloves
Tomato sauce — 900 ml
Salt and pepper — to taste
Sugar — 1 pinch
Heavy cream — 1 Cup.
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese — to taste
Chopped fresh Basil — to taste
Fettuccine — 1 package
   
Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Drain,leaving 1 Cup of water from pasta.
3. Melt both types of oil over medium heat.
4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
5. Fry in butter, garlic, onion 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour tomato sauce,add salt,pepper and a pinch of sugar.

7. Stir and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes,stirring occasionally.

8. Remove from heat and add the cream.

9. Add cheese to taste,and then add the seasonings.

10. Add the fettuccine to the sauce,stir

11. Add the Basil to the pasta and serve immediately.
