So today I have an Early Morning Meetup at around 8 AM so I had to wake up early. Since it's Sunday my Parents are not going to wake up untill 8 AM. So the Breakfast part came down to me.
In such cases where I have very less Time I go for the Easiest Meal I can Prepare. That would have been Bread and Butter but Unfortunately we are out of Bread. So I prepared the next Best thing.
I made some Rice Porridge which was mashed with some Potatoes and Butter to give it a Creamy Texture.
Made some Crispy Onion Fries to go with the Porridge as it goes nicely with them.
Finally I also made a Poached Egg. I eat Boiled eggs in Morning but since I was short on Time I went the shorter Route.
So that's my Breakfast for Today.

No I cooked it in a Pressure Cooker. If I cooked it in Rice Cooker than it would have absorbed all the Water and it wouldn't have the Viscousy Consistency
