Today showing you an easy,quick, delicious nd nutritious meal. Ampayala with egg:
Just cut the bitter tasting ampayala in small pieces, fry it a bit and stir 1 or 2 eggs in it. You can add some onion if you like. It’s a healthy low carb meal with a lot of iron in it. If you need some carbs just add rice :)

Schneidet die Ampayala einfach in kleine Stücke ,bratet sie an und fügt 1-2 gerührte Eier hinzu und bratet es weiter .evt könnt ihr auch Zwiebeln hinzufügen....Es ist ein gesundes Gericht mit viel Eisen.Wenn du auf deine Carbs nicht verzichten möchtest dann fügst du noch Reis hinzu.
