I ate dinner at a traditional German restaurant today. German style, German staff, German food. It tasted tremendously well. In my opinion, more people should go eat at restaurants, run by people that know what they're doing and are from the country, that the food represents. A friend of mine recently ordered speaking Greek at a "Greek" restaurant, and the waiter looked at him in bewilderment. Alas, he was Arabic.
Of course restaurants like these are more costly than the cheap buys you can get elsewhere, but in my opinion more people should help support places like these, as they keep traditions up and running, that would die out otherwise.
