For this we need: lamb's lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and of course a juicy piece of Argentine beef !

... dafür eignet sich doch ein Steak-Salat sehr sehr gut :-)
Für diesen brauchen wir: Feldsalat, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Gurken und natürlich ein saftiges Stück Argentinische Rinderhüfte!

First wash the salad and then fry the steak, I like it medium :-) It has to be fried for about 3 minutes from each side.
DE:
Wascht als erstes den Salat und bratet dann schön das Steak, ich mag es gerne medium :-) Dafür muss es für ca. 3 Minuten von jeder Seite gebraten werden.
EN:
Finally, it only needs to be cut into bite sized pieces ... some oil and spices like salt and pepper, and the salad is perfect!
DE:
Zum Schluss muss es nur noch in mundgerechte Stücke geschnitten werden... etwas Öl und Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer, und der Salat ist perfekt!
