This recipe will transform your plain boring leftover chicken into an Amazingly Delicious Sandwich!!!
Shopping List ( 4 sandwiches)
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken ( I use leftover chicken or turkey)
- 1 medium onion
- 8 slices of your favourite cheese ( I use Swiss or Havartii )
- your favourite BBQ sauce (enough sauce to garnish the top of the chicken meat)
- your favourite Ranch salad dressing (enough to garnish the top of the chicken meat)
- Red bell peper
- Small red onion
- 4 burger buns
- mr. dash to taste
- salad
Start with browning the onion and add chicken meat once nice and golden/brown.
Add Mr. Dash to taste
Assemble your sandwiches:
bun, golden chicken/onion meat, chopped red onions, chopped red pepper, a little bit of BBQ sauce, cheese, salad, a little bit of Ranch dressing
They are ready to be eaten OR You could grill them.
I like to grill them at 172 degrees for 5 min.
That's it!!!

This looks delicious and you did a great job capturing it in the photos. Great way to use that left over Chicken, and adding in those onions and sauteeing them is just icing on the cake for nice sweet caramelized flavor to the sandwich. Simple way to elevate left overs to a whole new height.
