Oreo Muffins - Delicious, Soft and Loaded with Oreo Pieces

These Oreo Muffins are awesomely delicious therefore it's hard to stop at one...
I don't know about you but I like Muffins and when I combined them with Oreo.....BAMMM!!!!
It can't get any better!

They are delicious with a glass of milk, on them own or with a cup of coffee.

A soft and deliciously tasty, loaded with Oreo pieces.

DIRECTIONS:
Start with preheating the oven to 375 degrees and making the batter.

• In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of butter until creamy
• Add 1 cup of sugar and continue beating until pale and fluffy
• Add 2 large eggs one at a time, continue mixing after each one
• Add 1 tsp of Vanilla, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt, continue beating on low speed for a minute
• Stop the mixer and add 2 cups of flour mixed with 3 tsp of cocoa and 1/2 cup of buttermilk
• Mix the batter until no crabs and shinny

• Place one half of the oreo cookie on the bottom of the muffin cups /I use gluten-free cookies
• Spoon the batter on top of the oreo

• Crumble some more oreo cookies and place on top of the batter

• Top it with the remaining batter

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes

Decorate it with your favourite icing and another half of Oreo cookie.
