A good friend of mine recently introduced me to a Mediterranean restaurant here in Tucson called ZA'ATAR and I was please he did. The above photo is Beef Kabob with salad, rice, and humus. It was the perfect amount of food and the humus was out of this world. I look forward the the next time I can go to try all the other dishes they have available. The meat is seasoned to perfection and it was a nice evening to sit out on the patio.
If you are in Tucson or ever visit and you enjoy Mediterranean food, I suggest checking it out.

BTW: you would not like to sit outside at my place this time of year. It's around 0°C and 40 cm of snow =) I like winter and snow, but i can't wait warmer spring and summer weather.

Looks really tasty! :D Too bad you probably can't cook a lot of it, to eat it all later. I think couscous tends to go icky or dry after it gets cold, really fast.
But then again I think it's possible to just quickly make the couscous alone later, while keeping the rest of ingredients cooked in abundance.
