1 tbsp maida
3 tbsp ghee
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
2 cup water
Cardamon 5 to 6

Phr powder milk mai saari cheezain add kr k egg sy mix kr k acha sa dough bna lain dough na boht soft ho na hard medium ho phr jo size aap chahain waisi round shape mai gulab jamun bna kr medium heat pr deep fry kr lain aur sheery mai daal kr bhi 4 ya 5 mint low flame pr pkain aur bssss
