The oil of Argane or Argan is drawn from the Argan, endemic tree
Of Morocco (present especially in under and close areas), where its presence is limited.
It is very much used in the traditional kitchen of under. Rich person in vitamin E, antioxidants’, it is also employed for his cosmetic properties. Sterols mainly present in the oil of Argane are the Schotténol (147mg/kg) and the spin sterol (122mg/kg).
By comparison the olive oil and sunflower seed oil contain βsitostérol5 mainly.
