Interesting. I had a very fun time in China, especially in Sichuan area where we wanted to have the "must try" hot pot, but wherever we went, nowhere could anyone speak english. It was very fun to order food from the menu written in Chinese letters not exactly knowing what we will get. But , it was delicious :)
