March 14th is a special day in this household.....reason BD. I am a good to great baker but somehow pies I have not been so great at but I had to give it a good try this year for my self esteem. I did make a beautiful looking pie, the filling was not very sweet (which is good) but I still need to work on this a little. Here is a picture .....what do you think?
