I am absolutely fascinated by snacks around the world. Chips, in particular, interest me because almost every country around the world has their version of this crispy, crunchy treat. When I saw this in Malaysia, I absolutely had to have it. The combination of salty, tangy, and crunchy was excellent and I feel like fish skin is a much healthier alternative to plain old corn or potato. I am totally guessing though as I don't know for sure.
