Something called "tajadas"...

The "tajadas" are a side dish commonly used in Venezuelan food, and I dare say that it is the most delicious of all the garnishes that exists in the WORLD, yes, in the world.

If you have proven them, you know what I am talking about.

It's basically fried ripe plantain cut into slices (I particularly like it more when the plantain is VERY VERY ripe).

It's so simple that it's perfect!
