I also found it interesting, with this method, how it is put out by a fitness expert who realized that 'move more, eat less' method just isn't the magic formula. every body at every age is completely different. you can't just say 'here's what you need to eat, how much you need to eat and how much you need to move'...and your diet isn't just a means to keep your healthy weight...it's what makes your body function. Making it more of a scientific study has made it more interesting than just 'I can't have cake because it makes me fat'!
